Acceleration, Flexibility and Lightness.
Years of competition on 26” bikes combined with the advantages of larger wheels, have allowed to ITM to develop the 27.5″.

This development maintaining the acceleration, flexibility and lightness of the 26”. Moreover, the geometry has been changed in order to keep the features of riding of 26” such as central motion which remains at the same height.

The geometry and the steering angle is 70°, seat tube column 73°, length of chain stays 425 mm. Head tube tapered for a good riding and post mount brake for good safe.

The lateral stiffness both provides that BB stiffness and pedalling stiffness, but in the case of the front and rear triangle, translates into rider control when steering.
Astrix maintains a high degree of side-to-side stiffness, doing an excellent job of damping vertical vibrations. This helps to lessen rider fatigue of course, but it also provides more comfort during the process.
